Divina Capital Fund

The objective of the Divina Capital Fund is the collective investment of the assets of the Divina Capital Fund for the account and risk of the Participants in accordance with an investment policy to be determined by the Fund Manager with a view to allowing the Participants to share in the proceeds of the investments.

The Divina Capital Fund is subdivided into one or more units or sub-funds (hereinafter: Divina Investment Funds). Each Divina Investment Fund has its own characteristics: start date, investment objective, investment policy, risk profile, and cost structure. The Fund Manager may decide to change the characteristics of a Divina Investment Fund referred to in the previous sentence. The Fund Manager may decide to introduce a new Divina Investment Fund. When introducing a new Divina Investment Fund, the Fund Manager will determine the aforementioned characteristics of the new Divina Investment Fund. These characteristics are subsequently laid down in the Prospectus.

 

At the time of publication of the Prospectus, the Divina Capital Fund is aware of the following Divina Investment Funds:

Minimum participation amount and participation classes (in total, not per Divina Investment Fund)

 

The minimum amount for which a retail investor can directly participate is € 100.000.-. The Fund Manager has the right to deny participation of any retail investor for any of the Divina Investment Funds under his own discretion. Subsequent payments must amount to a minimum of € 2.500.

 

 

Indirect participation (via a financial institution that participates in the Fund in its own name and on behalf of its own clients) there is a minimum amount of € 100.000,- for which they can participate in the Divina Investment Funds but can, by virtue of agreements, be made with the financial institution in question, registered for less than € 100.000. Subsequent payments must amount to a minimum of € 2.500.

 

 

For Professional Investors, there is a minimum amount of € 250.000,- for which they can participate in the Divina Investment Funds. Subsequent payments must amount to a minimum of € 2.500.

 

 

For Institutional Investors, the minimum amount that can be subscribed is € 2.500.000. The Fund Manager is free to allow (direct or indirect) participation for lower amounts but is not obliged to do so. Subsequent payments must amount to a minimum of € 250.000.
